Hotel and Cruise department

Chief Purser
The Chief Purser supervises all of the Front desk and public activities on board the cruise ship. An extensive five-year cruise ship experience is mandatory.

Fluent English language skills required, other languages are an advantage.

First Purser
The First Purser is supervising day to day operations of the purser office / front desk as directed by the Chief Purser.

A previous hotel experience is preferable. Fluent English language skills required, other languages are an advantage.

Junior Purser
The Junior Purser performs day to day operations of the purser office / front desk as directed by Chief Purser. A previous hotel experience is required, including knowledge of the Fidelio Booking System. Fluent English language skills required, other languages are an advantage.

Group Service Coordinator
The Group Service Coordinator is responsible for the promotion, selling and arrangements of the shore excursions offered in the various ports of call. An experience in a travel–related field is preferable.

Fluent English language skills required in addition to two other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian and German are compulsory.

Youth Counsellor
The Youth Counsellor provides baby-sitting service for guests. He/she is responsible for the provision of safe, fun – filled and age – appropriate activities for each age group and for keeping the playroom clean, neat and organised at all times. An applicant must be capable of creating a friendly and positive attitude amongst children and parents at all times. Fluent English language skill is required.
